01Project scope & pricing
Service descriptions are not fixed quotes or delivery commitments. Features, phases, costs, timelines, deliverables and acceptance are set out in agreed project documents.
02Third-party services & interfaces
Domains, cloud, subscriptions, AI usage and other third-party costs are disclosed separately. Integration depends on interfaces, authorisation and system conditions.
03AI & business review
AI outputs may contain errors. Validation and human review are agreed according to risk. No guarantee is made that every output is accurate or a particular business result will follow.
04Delivery, maintenance & changes
Source code, intellectual property, deployment, handover, maintenance and new features are agreed in project documents. Unconfirmed changes are not automatically included.
Your information
The enquiry form does not submit anything to a server. Pressing Send opens your own email client with your name, phone, email and question in the body — whether you send it is up to you. When we receive it we use it only to reply to that enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass it to anyone else. Write to the same address if you want your message deleted. The About us page embeds Google Maps. Opening that page sends your IP address and browser details to Google, which may set cookies. Apart from that embed, the site adds no analytics code.
